IoDCCG Annual General Meeting (AGM)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, the Centre holds its Annual General Meeting once every year. At our annual general meeting (AGM), Corporate Members of the Centre are presented with the Centre’s financial performance and to vote on the report presented before it. Appointment of the Board of Governors and Auditors are equally part of the issues decided by the meeting.<\/p>\n

Our Annual general meetings are important to show the Centre stewardship for the year under review and to display transparency and accountability before our corporate members and stakeholders as enshrined in the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance 2018.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
